If you have private insurance as well as ICBC coverage, you must contact your private insurance company to report your claim.
No. More often than not ICBC will allow us to do your estimate right at our facility without having to take your vehicle into them. There are only two types of claims that they will not allow us to handle on site:

This is fine as long as that person understands that the estimate we provide is just that – an estimate. Prices are subject to change once the repairs are completed. For example, hidden damage, parts pricing, etc., could crop up later on. You should also know that if you do report it to your insurance company, the very last step that the insurance company does is to offer the guilty party an opportunity to pay for the damages without processing a claim against their insurance.
If you have "Loss of Use" coverage through your insurance company, we can set you up with a courtesy car at our facility.
